原油価格(WTI)は、10月上旬に構造的変化(上昇) * が起こった。
 
10月上旬以前は、70 $/バレル 程度であったが、
10月上旬以後は、12月に大きく上下するものの、77 $/バレル 程度である(12月末まで)。
